Pastel Health cares for people who have been living with pain 3 months or longer. Any UK resident over 18 years old can register with Pastel Health. We accept self-referrals and GP or specialist referrals. We are also proud to be an NHS service provider in select locations across the England. Speak to one of our team to see if you are eligible for an NHS referral.
  • What treatments can I access through Pastel Health?
We understand that each person's pain is different. Through your initial consultation, your doctor will work with you to understand the nature and impact of your pain, learn about your needs & preferences and design a personalised care plan with you. Our whole person or 'biopsyhosocial' approach to pain management. This means that our care plans include a combination of evidence-based treatments. These range from biomedical treatments such as injections and medication, to physiotherapy and psychological support to tackle any movement, psychological or social barriers that prevent your pain cycle from being broken.
  • How much does it cost?
If you are eligible for an NHS referral through your GP, the cost of care is completely free to you and is offered as part of the NHS. If you are a self-pay patient, our full fees schedule can be found [here] We are working hard to make our service available via the NHS to more parts of England. If we are not available in your area, please speak to your GP to find out what other local services may be available.
